The length of the construction programme has always been a big problem for whatever investment project. The initial management of the design development is crucial for the best performance during the construction phase.In studying property development utilising prefabricated components, this implies that a great deal of the work is done in factory conditions. Thus many of the operations which have to be done sequentially on the construction site can be done in factories simultaneously.
